1. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
To start a return, please contact us at support@shoplogsplitter.com. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions for shipping the item back.

📌 Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

 


 

2. When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

 


 

3. How long does shipping take?

Our orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and shipping usually takes:

  • U.S. orders: 3–7 business days

  • International orders: 7–21 business days

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location. Please note: international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

 


 

5. Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at support@shoplogsplitter.com within 2 hours of placing your order. If the order has already shipped, we won't be able to make changes or cancel it.

7. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please email us at support@shoplogsplitter.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the item so we can resolve the issue quickly.
